This site is dedicated to adventures I have had hiking, fly-fishing, and exploring in and around the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Here you will find information on some of the writing I have done for a book and magazine articles featured in Backpacker, AMC Outdoors, and NHtoDo.

My name is Matt LaCroix, and I am 26 years old. I have been hiking since I was young, and when I was in high school, I fell in love with the White Mountains, and wanted to share some of the exciting and sometimes idiotic adventures I have had.
